Swashbuckle, a new themed game show from CBeebies will air daily across the Middle East and North Africa from July 6 at 16.15 KSA.
In each of the 25 episodes of CBeebies first ever physical game show, Swashbuckle will see four young contestants, competing in a series of physical tasks against the naughty pirates led by Captain Sinker and her hapless shipmates Cook and Line, under the watchful eye of Gem and her parrot Squawk. On board the Scarlet Squid they work together to overcome challenges and to win back stolen jewels.
Presented by former CBBC presenter, Gemma Hunt, Swashbuckle incorporates the physical development goals into its games that children experience at school including co-ordination, speed, aim and balance.
In the first episode, Ali, Kamila, Jia Jian and Aizah are the Swashbucklers trying to win back the jewels. When
Captain Sinker proudly shows off a self-portrait, the silly pirates, Cook and Line have to think quickly when they accidentally ruin the masterpiece.
In the meantime, episode two sees Makensey, George, Aaliyah and Tamsin take on the Tangled Net and Tumbly Barrel games in pursuit of the treasure. Cook and Line try to come up with their own games for Captain Sinker, but they dont quite go to plan.
CBeebies is available only on the beIN platform in the MENA.
